Save for the unique graphics and story, The Tribez plays a lot like similar games, even down to the somewhat demanding social gameplay. Though the game looks a little different from what you might expect, the graphics are still on par with some of the best looking games on Android. There's a long tutorial to get you started in this game, as well. Just like similar games, this one lets you sync to Facebook and Twitter to share your accomplishments with friends and will constantly remind you through notifications that something is happening in the game. The principle is still the same, though - you collect resources to build settlements and houses, which give you more money to help you collect better resources and build better settlements. So, instead of fighting off knights and collecting grain, you collect berries and take on dinosaurs and other invaders. The Tribez takes the new trend of nation-building games and places it in a prehistoric tribe. You'll realize pretty quickly if this is or isn't your style of game. If you're tired of building and defending castles but still love simulation games, give this game a try. Though the formula is still the same, the graphics and scenery have much more to offer than games that ask you to build a medieval civilization. The Tribez brings an interesting, prehistoric feel to the popular nation-building genre.
